Brando Ndabateze is the Managing Director of SFM & Consultancy Company Ltd, providing strategic leadership across advisory services, stakeholder engagement, and development consulting. He holds a Master’s in Executive Business Administration (Executive MBA) and a Bachelor’s in Project Planning, Management and Community Development.
Adolf Ndunguye is SFM’s Operations Director, overseeing operational systems, project coordination, and internal compliance to ensure high-quality consulting delivery. He holds a Master’s in Natural Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Project Planning, Management and Community Development.
Abraham Youze leads Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at SFM, driving growth, client engagement, and market expansion in East Africa. He holds a Master’s in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s in Rural Development.
Dr. Fatuma Mssumi is SFM’s Technical & Advisory Director, leading social safeguards, stakeholder engagement, and advisory services. She is a social practitioner in the extractive industry with over 20 years of experience and a certified Community Relations Practitioner. Fatuma holds a PhD, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Bachelor’s in Social Studies.
Valence Nkulanga heads SFM’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) function, strengthening data systems, compliance monitoring, and evidence-based decision-making. He holds a Master’s in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s in Project Planning, Management and Community Development.
Cecilia Nzeganije leads SFM’s Training and Capacity Building practice, strengthening institutional capacity, technical skills, and stakeholder engagement competencies. She holds a Master’s in Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Sociology.
